Shopping! + Vlog #2

Those of you who have been on my f-list for long enough, know that I don't really shop all that often, but I am actually very proud of my ability to find a good deal.

I went out today to get my copy of Ace Attorney: Miles Edgeworth Investigations. For those of you that don't know, the 逆転裁判 (Gyakuten Saiban) series is my ultimate favorite game series of all time.

I happened to go past American Eagle Outfitters which I got a gift card from my parents from x-mas for (it was originally for a pair of gloves that the store was sold out of and they said they would go back in stock in Feb. Which they didn't of course...) and I noticed that they were having a winter sale, so I popped in. I managed to find not only 1 pair of gloves (which aren't the ones I was looking for, but whatever) but 3 items from there for $25.


Gloves: $5.59
Hat: $5.59

And I tried to find something else on sale to get but I couldn't find anything good so I looked at the sunglasses and found an awesome pair


Sunglasses: $15.99
Totally not a pose I normally make haha the sunglasses made me!!

Anyway, I thought since AE was having a winter sale, I'd pop in to the Delia's because they had a coat that I've been eying for seriously 5 months now, but it was $80 and I can't afford that :\ but I went in and lo and behold they were having a winter sale! And my jacket was there! For $29.99!! Except they only had size XS But I tried it on and it fit, but just... a fitted look. A small would have fit comfortably. Anyway, I asked the lady if they had any more sizes and she called every single store in the area, plus their catalog (whose price was higher ;_;) and no one had a small. So I went for the XS.




Isn't it cute?? I love it!!

Anyway, I think I got away with a steal. And without further ado, my second vlog was uploaded today! I'm slightly less embarrassed by this one haha Hopefully it'll become more and more natural each time.

haha I have way too many Arashi dreams x_X;; I think it's an unhealthy amount. Last night I dreamed about their music XD; I started hearing "Carnival Night" at a store that I was in in my dream, and I started busting out laughing yelling "OMG IT'S CARNIVAL NIGHT" haha that was amusing..

Aaaaanway, I'm glad you like the second vlog! I think I did a little better job this time XD hopefully it'll become more natural as I go along.

And I'm sure I've mentioned my boyfriend before! XD He's the guy that I keep calling "Lotion". I mention him a lot in my entries, but I don't think I point out that he's my boyfriend in every single post haha

I haven't been updating my LJ a lot have I XD; I think part of it is to do with school, and the other part is that I have nothing to say ;_;

Good for you girl! My ex-boyfriend was also quite understanding regarding my love for Hanson. He's a great guy. Yep.

CARNIVAL NIGHT!! Oh Gosh, I can't believe I didn't request it. It's like... one of my many ultra-favourite songs. Haha... OH! OH!! You've gotta use Itsuka no Summer at one point!! 8D

Yeah, I haven't been updating my journal that much either... (for the past months). Truth is, I'm so busy with everything, I don't take the time to reflect on my inner feelings and thoughts very much. Which is paradoxical, for the girl is in the honours program of Psychology. O_o

I love that dream of yours. I want Arashi to appear in my dreams to. There is this lack of correspondence between how many hours I spend each day thinking of them and reading on the fandom, and their non-appearance in my dreams. Well... I don't have any insight as to why that is. I'll reflect on that, when I have spare time to do so. x)

My spring break is coming up, so that is really nice!!

haha yeaaahh. I started calling him by a nickname a while ago because since I post so much I didn't want to invade on his privacy.. one of my buds came up with it when she found out that he was Laotian, so she started calling him Lotion lol

and OMG you used to like Hanson?? I WAS SO OBSESSED WITH THEM. I loved Zak soooo much. I even joined their fanclub.. and one time I sent a fan letter to a fake Zak who I don't think I realized was fake XD;;

Good luck getting Arashi in your dreams XD and no news on the V-Day thing! I think... I'll check soon XD

Zannen desu... Too bad... I just loved your cards. They were seriously awesome. Humph...

Yeah, I'm a Hanson fan! Always will remain a Hanson fan, since I am a fan of their music. Though in my much younger years, I used to confuse my love for them with my enjoyment of their music. I was all 'Zac!', then 'Tay!', then 'Tay-Zac-love them both!'.

Two years past, I went to Toronto to attend their concert, and we got to walk a mile around town with them. I mean... I could have poked them If I had wanted. At one point, we had to stop at the traffic light, so I got crammed behind Tay's back. O_O I could have smelt his hair. Which I obviously didn't do since I do have some dignity and respect for his personal space, somehow... But.... how OMG-dish is that!!

Then, the walk was over, and we returned to the concert venue. They said another word of appreciation for our participation in this walk (to raise awareness of the damage HIV is creating in Africa). They were done and about to leave, and my roommate asked Tay something, and he answered to both of us, and smiled, ^_______^, and then left.

This is a thing you never actually think will happen to you. If I could be just that lucky with Arashi 8D...

I mean I guess I found an address to "Zac" somewhere online and then sent a fan letter, but it was obviously not to the real Zac XD;; but I didn't realize that as a child. The person sent me back a letter.. maybe he/she was being nice lol

haha well, I would have preferred not to be in the rain, but I was so glad to be there that I didn't even care anymore XD Even though Nino looked like a little wet kitty.

I wish I had made it! XD I found the picture and thought "I MUST HAVE THIS" and so sent it over to ohmyghost practically begging her to make it pretty and by golly she did XD

She also did this icon which is from the same con day. It's pretty too *_* And I just realized that I dated it wrong in my icon comments :(( boo me.
