Aiba, the one on the left, had a collapsed lung in 2003 and had to have surgery for it. He wrote a letter to the rest of the members and read it to them during a TV fundraiser about how he was grateful to the rest of Arashi while he was in the hospital and he felt like he was a bother while he was sick. Then at the beginning of their performance Sho gave him a really heartwarming hug. It's a really touching video. They love each other so much :3
