They're popping out of the woodwork

This week has been kind of strange. Good and bad things, I dunno rofl. I've just been kind of "meh" about everything this week. Although working on that fanvid made me feel like I had a project to do and that I had something to work towards.

I've been teetering on the line between sick and well, it feels. I feel like I'm fighting off a cold that I never had.. and my throat has been feeling gross as well. It's almost like it feels like a chest cold, but without a fever, or any other symptoms for that matter. Well, I've been pumping myself with tons of vitamin C, and getting as much rest as I can honestly.

But I was feeling alright today, and it was karaoke night for Japanese club tonight so I thought I'd give it a shot. It was really fun, but after a while my throat started hurting more than usual, and so I left about an hour early

However the good thing is that I met 2 more Arashi fans. lol seriously they're just popping out of the woodwork, honestly. One of them claims to be a very big fan of theirs, but I didn't get to chat with her much as we were in different rooms and the other seems to fangirl NEWS a lot more frequently, but she likes all the Johnny's boys it seems. The good thing is that I was able to get their contact information, so hopefully I'll be able to keep in touch with them.

I'm also still on the fence about if I should do the Arashi panel. If I had a table at Anime Detour, then I would TOTALLY do it.. but since I don't, I'd have to register for the con just for the panel. I guess at the same time, I have some friends who are interested in going, and I haven't gone to a con just go go to one in a long time... even though I'm not really interested in anime anymore... but seriously, I have no idea what I should doooo

I've also been playing a lot of Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story.. rofl. oh man, the whole series is just awesome. But my "meh" mood is getting in the way

And last but not least....




Okay seriously, 12 days into it and Aiba is already sick.


Poor.. um.. andy. With your peperony and chease (?????)


........... *stares disappointingly at Aiba* .... *crosses arms*.. 21 days. 21 days.


Aaaand now Jun has a fever, GREAT.


AND THEN HE WALKS OFF IN HIS FEVER-ISH DELUSIONS, GETTING LOST. Ugh. Probably wanted to find a mirror to look at himself.


Yeah that's what you get for walking away from us and costing us 4 precious days looking for your sparkly ass


Yeah. I shoot that bear dead.


CHOLERA. WTF SHO.


And here comes Nino's problems.

I then came across a lake that was like 60 feet deep and 1000 feet long. There was no way I was gonna forge the river, and the only other option I could pick was to float the damn thing across. I made my selection, and crossed my fingers that it wouldn't--


--GODDAMNIT.


What a fitting way for Nino to die... *sigh*


And then Sho gets cholera again.


In the end, I made it. With Ohno, Sho and Jun despite the cholera and fever-induced mirror searching spells.

I am amused.

i played it and like...nothing freaking happened. URS IS EXCITING.
LOL; in mine, aiba got thyroid, jun got measles, sho got measles, and jun broke an arm. BUT NO ONE ENDED UP DYING...that was it. BUT I MADE IT ON THE OREGON TOP 10 SOMEHOW ROFL you should check out the list.

oh no!!! I hope things take a turn for the better & you feel right as rain in a jiffy ♥ Those sorts of nonspecific "blah" or in between illnesses can be the worst to handle. At least if you very clearly have the flu, you know the steps to handle it; general "run down" is difficult (for me at least!) to gauge. HANG IN THERE

haha.. no, you don't have to play it, but basically everyone in our generation who lived in America growing up played it, because all the schools got "new" computer labs with Apple II's, and that was one of the games that a lot of us played. XD There are a few Apple II games that I'm sure everyone have played haha..

lol they're still around, just haven't been playing it as much lately. Although I haven't announced it on my LJ, but I got Aiba to accept Sho's proposal, so yay :D I just need to have them do a wedding ceremony, but it's hard with Sho working crazy hours in the political field rofl.

haha yesss Oregon Trail! I haven't played it in so long.. I realized that it was super short.. when I was younger, I think I beat it maybe ONCE and I was so happy that I finally beat it. XD It's like a 1/2 hour game lol

Back when I had OS 10.3 it gave me the option to have OS 9 and what did i use it for? I used it to play oregon trail! And who did i name my peeps after? yes. You are not alone, and for some reason that makes me super uber estatic with tokei jikake no umbrella and super fresh playing in the background.

since i have 10.4 now.. i can't play it anymore, but you brought back some wonderful memories! ;D

O....M.....G....Oregon Trail! That, O'Dell Lake, and Number Munchers were my favorite PC games in elementary school X3 I'm pretty sure the "Here lies Andy. Peperony and Chease" was in all the games though....atleast I remember it in mine.

Awww my poor ichiban died~! Atleast he won't be alone in the afterlife.

And you should go to detour~! They have some really fun panels. "The Great Debate" and "Anime Improv" are two of the most hilarious ones I've been to, I make sure I don't miss them ^^ My friend Derek had to play Ash Ketchum once during Anime Improv, I was crying from laughing so hard.
