School updates, a new vlog, and more!

Thank you for all your suggestions and input on my last entry you guys!! I submitted my valentines card to the school! The most popular one was the candy pink one and I was going to submit that one, but then a friend of mine, yuji, suggested that I do the B&W one with a pink heart to give it a little pop. Well, I thought that the pink might be a little too cliché, and the 2nd most popular one was the B&W one! So I took that suggestion, and here's what I submitted! (Thanks for that suggestion, yuji!!)



So I said that I would follow through on how my senior project is going as I work on it, so here are the character designs!! 8D All 5 of them. If theres some sort of character flair that I should add to any of them that I've forgotten, let me know! I worked hard to make sure that they each had their own look because I know that once they get on paper into kind of a cartoon/stylized look, they all begin to look the same ;; anyway, without further ado~


I decided to go for the shorts/leggings for Aiba, but for some reason the leggings look a little weird?? What am I doing wrong here ;


HAD to include the Matsupuff, I'm sorry guys.


Nino is kind of normal. ;; but I guess he is normal anyway, except with a side of snark


I still freaking hate spiky hair, but I seem to have been able to get it down if it's NOT a profile of him ;;


Sho! He was the first one that I drew. I put him in his favorite plaid haha

And yeaaah.... most of you already know this but I posted up my first Arashi vlog this evening.. I'm slightly embarrassed by it but I'm also really glad at the really positive response that it's getting. Someone even posted about it on arashi_on lmaoo Well, I guess without further ado -- take a look at my dorkyness:

About the leggings- maybe if you made them longer? Whenever Nino wears leggings (which is quite often lately, for reasons beyond my understanding) they go all the way down, and guys who wear them around town (yeah, guys here do actually wear them in normal clothing too) always have them go all the way down... maybe it's the golden rule of man-leggings? I have no idea. Just a thought ^^

I also like how your Jun's so full of attitude XD it's so *him*

And yeah, I agree... he shouldn't be let out in the snow XD Listening to MJ news just makes me think the poor guy's more accident-prone than Aiba, which is a notable feat in my book

Your drawings are amazing. O.O They are all distinct and pretty - good job, Eggchan!! You went for blond Aiba and blond Ohno? Hihihi... *French laugh*

One thing though: I wouldn't recognize Aiba, because of the eyebrows. He really has... straight and oblique eyebrows... that could look as though he'd be pissed constantly if put into a drawing. What do you think? I don't know.

And I LOVE the Matsupuff. LOL!!! It has become his trademark recently, hasn't it?

And great job on the vlog. It takes quite a bit of courage to broadcast ourselves, right? Yeah. You rock!! :D
